Our Samsung digital door lock suddenly stopped responding to fingerprint and PIN code. We replaced the batteries but it still does not work. The emergency key works fine so we can still get in. Need someone to diagnose if it is a sensor issue or the whole unit needs [protected contact] evenings and weekends.
